The ground glaze is prepared from, by weight, 30-40 parts of feldspar, 5-8 parts of Guizhou soil, 10-15 parts of Jiepai mud, 10-15 parts of quartz, 10-15 parts of calcite, 5-10 parts of dolomite, 3- 5 parts of talc and 5-8 parts of titanium oxide. The cover glaze is prepared from, by weight, 30-35 parts of potassium feldspar, 10-15 parts of albite, 10-12 parts of calcite, 10-15 parts of zinc oxide, 5-8 parts of Guizhou soil, 15 parts of quartz, 3-5 parts of lithium carbonate and 2-6 parts of vanadium metal particles. Compared with the prior art, the preparation process is simple, the double-layer transmutation wiredrawing effect is more stable, and the reaction glaze is more suitable for production; and the glazing process requirement and the production difficulty are greatly reduced, and the manufactured product is excellent in quality, high-end and elegant.
