The invention relates to the technical field of rock wool materials, in particular to a heat-insulating rock wool material and a preparation method thereof. The heat-insulating rock wool material comprises a rock wool component and a modified binder; and the rock wool component comprises, in parts by weight, 100-220 parts of basalt, 100-200 parts of dolomite, 300-400 parts of tailing slag, 60-80 parts of coke and 50-100 parts of fly ash; the modified nano silicon dioxide and the modified hollow glass beads are added, the nano silicon dioxide is added, a network structure is formed, and a silica structure is formed, so that the rock wool material has hydrophobicity, the bonding effect is improved, and the impermeability of the rock wool material is also improved; and besides, by adding the modified nano silicon dioxide and the modified hollow glass beads, the modified binder has characteristics of good aging resistance and low thermal conductivity, can maintain the excellent bonding strength under the long-time illumination and high temperature, can easily bond the rock wool materials, and can ensure the overall performance of the rock wool material.
本发明涉及岩棉材料技术领域,具体为一种绝热性岩棉材料及其制备方法,包括岩棉组分和改性粘结剂,岩棉组分包括以下重量份原料:玄武岩100‑220份、白云石100‑200份、尾矿矿渣300‑400份、焦炭60‑80份、粉煤灰50‑100份;本发明通过加入改性纳米二氧化硅和改性空心玻璃微珠,纳米二氧化硅的加入,形成网络结构,形成一种硅石结构,使之具有憎水性,提高粘结效果,也增加了岩棉材料的防渗性,而且,改性纳米二氧化硅和改性空心玻璃微珠的加入,使得粘结剂具有了良好的抗老化性能和低导热性,在长时间的光照和高温下,改性粘结剂依然保持着优良的粘结强度,有利于岩棉材料之间的粘结,保证了岩棉材料的整体性能。
