The invention discloses tunnel secondary lining steel fiber reinforced concrete and a preparation method thereof. The tunnel secondary lining steel fiber concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: a cementing material, steel fibers, gravels, water, sand, graphene oxide and a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, wherein the cementing material is prepared from cement and fly ash, and the graphene oxide is firstly modified by the polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, so that the hydration product is more regular under the regulation and control effect, the inherent defects of concrete are radically improved, and the effects of greatly improving the mechanical property and the durability can be achieved. The preparation method comprises the steps of dispersion treatment of graphene oxide, preparation of a concrete mixture and maintenance. According to the preparation method, modified graphene oxide and steel fiber are used as doping materials, the strength of the concrete is improved purely through a physical means, the toughness, ductility and compactness of the concrete are improved, and the concrete suitable for the secondary lining of the tunnel can be prepared without a tedious and complex preparation process.
本发明公开了一种隧道二衬钢纤维混凝土及制备方法。所述隧道二衬钢纤维混凝土的原料包括胶凝材料、钢纤维、碎石、水、砂、氧化石墨烯和聚羧酸高性能减水剂,所述胶凝材料由水泥和粉煤灰组成。氧化石墨烯先经过聚羧酸高性能减水剂的改性,在调控作用下使水化产物更加规整,从根源上改善了混凝土的固有缺陷,所以能够获得力学性能和耐久性都有大幅提升的效果。所述制备方法包括氧化石墨烯的分散处理、混凝土拌合物的制备、养护步骤。本制备方法使用改性后的氧化石墨烯和钢纤维作为掺杂料,纯粹通过物理手段提升混凝土的强度,使得其韧性、延性、密实度都得到了提升,且无需通过繁琐复杂的制备流程即可制得适用于隧道二次衬砌的混凝土。
