The invention provides a tunnel secondary lining concrete material as well as preparation and application thereof. The concrete material comprises basalt fibers and a concrete base material, and the concrete base material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 324 to 364 parts of cement, 28 to 32 parts of fly ash, 755 to 775 parts of fine aggregate, 1000 to 1300 parts of coarse aggregate, 150 to 170 parts of water and 5.10 to 5.30 parts of a water reducing agent; the basalt fiber accounts for 0.09-0.12% of the total mass of the concrete matrix material; the length of the basalt fiber ranges from 12 mm to 18 mm. The length and the mixing amount of the basalt fibers and the variety and the content of the concrete matrix material are reasonably set, so that the concrete material disclosed by the invention is obviously improved in the aspects of compression resistance, fracture resistance, tensile strength and the like compared with a traditional concrete material, and compared with other fiber reinforced composite materials, the material disclosed by the invention is lower in cost and is more environment-friendly. The method can be popularized and applied in the tunnel lining field.
本发明提供了一种隧道二次衬砌混凝土材料、制备及应用。该混凝土材料包括玄武岩纤维和混凝土基体材料,混凝土基体材料以质量份计,包括:324~364份水泥,28~32份粉煤灰,755~775份细集料,1000~1300份粗集料,150~170份水和5.10~5.30份减水剂;玄武岩纤维占混凝土基体材料总质量的0.09~0.12%;玄武岩纤维的长度为12mm~18mm。本发明合理设置玄武岩纤维的长度和掺量,以及混凝土基体材料的种类和含量,使得本发明混凝土材料相较于传统混凝土材料在抗压、抗折、抗拉方面等性能得到明显提升,且相较于其他的纤维增强复合材料,本材料成本更低,可在隧道衬砌领域推广应用。
