High-strength pervious concrete pavement structure and application thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength pervious concrete pavement structure and application thereof. The high-strength pervious concrete pavement structure comprises a base layer, a bearing layer and a high-strength reactive powder concrete layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the high-strength reactive powder concrete layer is a small-pore pervious layer. The high-strength reactive powder concrete layer contains reactive powder so that the powder is tightly stacked, reasonably and compactly filled, a high-strength cement matrix is formed, the porosity of cement paste is reduced, the microstructure of pervious concrete and bonding among aggregates are improved, and when the high-strength reactive powder concrete layer is applied to a road surface, water permeation is facilitated, the blocking of leaves, branches, garbage and the like can be effectively blocked, the bearing layer can transfer the upper load, and the overall strength of the pavement structure is improved. The invention further discloses application of the high-strength pervious concrete pavement structure to sidewalks, bicycle lanes and outdoor parking lots.
本发明公开了一种高强度透水混凝土路面结构及其应用。本发明的高强度透水混凝土路面结构,包括从下至上依次设置的基底层、持力层以及高强活性粉末混凝土层,所述高强活性粉末混凝土层为小孔隙透水层。本发明的高强活性粉末混凝土层中含有活性粉末,使得其粉体堆积紧密、合理且密实填充,形成高强度水泥基体,降低水泥浆体的孔隙率、改善透水混凝土的微观结构和集料间的粘结,用在路面不但有利于水的渗透,还能有效阻挡树叶、树枝、垃圾等的堵塞,持力层可以传递上部负载,提高路面结构的整体强度。本发明还公开了一种上述的高强度透水混凝土路面结构在人行道、自行车道以及室外停车场上的应用。
