Automatic equipment for wrapping outer protective layer of bridge stay cable
The invention discloses automatic equipment for wrapping an outer protective layer of a bridge stay cable. A rotating cylinder is formed by butting two half cylinder bodies and is arranged on the outer side of the stay cable in a sleeving manner. A plurality of pressing wheel mechanisms are spirally connected to the side wall of the rotating cylinder, rolling wheels of the pressing wheel mechanisms are in rolling fit with the outer side wall of the stay cable, and an inclined angle is formed between the rolling direction of the rolling wheels and the length direction of the stay cable. Symmetrical bearing frames are fixed on the outer side walls of the two half cylinder bodies. A rotating ring is composed of two semi-rings in a butt joint mode and arranged on the outer side of the stay cable in a sleeving mode. The rotating ring is rotationally connected with the top end of the rotating cylinder. A guiding and pressing mechanism is connected to the bottom end of the rotating cylinder and used for guiding out basalt fiber cloth strips of a fiber cloth strip roll and pressing the basalt fiber cloth strips on the outer side wall of the stay cable. A hoisting mechanism comprises a linear guide rail fixed to the elevator and a driving trolley connected to the linear guide rail in a sliding mode. A winch is installed on the driving trolley, and a lifting rope of the winch is fixedly connected with the top edge of the rotating ring.
