The pile pulling construction method comprises the following construction steps that the position where a pile needs to be pulled is determined, and a site and a water source are selected on the periphery according to pile pulling positioning; a drilling machine is in place, pile bodies are sleeved with a steel casing and sinks into the steel casing, and a tool bit at the top of the steel casing is used for cutting a soil body to rotationally sink the steel casing; a top soil body in the steel casing is impacted by using a water jet hole-forming device; and the pile bodies are taken out, and the taken-out pile bodies are stacked on the nearby ground. According to the pile pulling construction method, a steel casing and flushing operation are adopted, soil around a pile body is removed through flushing, the binding force of the soil to the pile body is reduced, flushing slurry is fixed in a casing area through the casing, it is guaranteed that the surrounding soil body cannot be polluted and damaged, the tool bit at the top of the casing cuts the soil body and stones, and clay and yellow sand are poured to prevent the soil body from collapsing to affect the construction environment.
