The invention discloses a sludge collecting device of a dredger. The sludge collecting device comprises a collecting assembly and a stirring assembly; the collecting assembly comprises a collecting barrel, a sludge pump arranged above the collecting barrel, a sludge suction barrel arranged below the collecting barrel and a scraping plate arranged in the sludge suction barrel; the stirring assembly comprises a stirring barrel communicating with the collecting barrel, a sludge storage box arranged below the stirring barrel and a stirring piece arranged in the stirring barrel, the stirring piece comprises a stirring rod, a stirring plate arranged on the stirring rod as well as a first stirring piece and a second stirring piece which are arranged on the stirring plate, a first gear is arranged above the stirring barrel, a motor with a second gear on the outer side is arranged above the collecting barrel, and a belt is arranged between the first gear and the second gear for linkage. The device is good in collecting effect, easy to operate and capable of saving energy, all assemblies are in linkage operation, the device has a cleaning function, blockage can be prevented, and water and stones in collected sludge can be discharged.
