The invention relates to a fabricated building grouting sleeve with a sealing assembly. The fabricated building grouting sleeve comprises the sealing assembly and a plurality of connecting plates, the sealing assembly is mounted below the surface of an annular sleeve structure, the multiple connecting plates are pre-mounted on the surface of the annular sleeve structure, and the radial width of the sealing assembly is smaller than that of the connecting plates. The fabricated building grouting sleeve further comprises a flexible annular bag provided with a sealed side face and a bottom and a grout piping system, the flexible annular bag is mounted on the surface of the annular sleeve structure, a plurality of flexible fixing pieces are arranged at the circular top of the annular bag, the flexible fixing pieces are connected to the connecting plates through a plurality of flexible connecting pieces, and the annular bag is connected with the sealing assembly at the structural surface of the annular sleeve; and the grout piping system is used for pouring grout into the flexible annular bag during the grouting operation. The sealing performance of the grouting sleeve is improved, the grouting sleeve has higher system reliability, the technology is simple, cost is saved, and the construction quality is improved.
