The invention discloses a construction method of a self-supporting system in a unilateral formwork wall. The construction method comprises the following steps that steel pipes and steel bar leftovers on site are welded into an inner support frame, the inner support frame is mounted in the middle of a wall body of an underground outer wall in advance, after the inner support frame is vertically fixed, an outer wall inner side formwork is fixed to the inner support frame, and an underground outer wall waterproof guide wall and the inner side formwork form a complete wall formwork system. According to the construction method, the poured underground outer wall waterproof guide wall is not provided with through-wall bolts, so that outer wall waterproofing is prevented from being damaged; the inner side formwork frame body does not occupy indoor space; and the problem that foundation pits are narrow and basement exterior wall formwork supports are difficult to install is solved.
本发明公开了单侧支模墙内自支撑体系施工方法,利用现场的钢管、钢筋下脚料焊制成“内支撑架”,内支撑架的制作宽度为地下室外墙宽减去混凝土保护层厚度,将“内支撑架”提前安装在地下外墙的墙体中间,“内支撑架”上下固定后再将外墙内侧模板固定在内支撑架上,地下外墙防水导墙和内侧的模板形成一个完整的墙体模板体系。浇筑完成后的地下外墙防水导墙没有穿墙螺栓,避免破坏外墙防水;内侧模板架体不占用室内空间;解决了基坑狭小地下室外墙模板支撑安装难的问题。
