The invention discloses a concrete height difference-controlled pouring device for a stiffening steel plate shear wall. The pouring device is characterized in that a flow diverting device comprises a flow guide main pipe installed on the upper end face of a lower walking device, the flow guide main pipe is a three-way pipeline of an inverted-Y-shaped structure, and the upper end of a rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a flow guide plate; and one end of the rotating shaft extends outwards and penetrates through the side wall of the flow guide main pipe and is connected with a control rod for controlling concrete flow of discharging ports in the two sides of the lower end of the flow guide main pipe. The flow guide plate is controlled through the control rod, concrete in a concrete hopper is diverted in a balanced mode, concrete materials poured into the portions, on the two sides of a middle stiffening steel plate, in the concrete shear wall are balanced, and the height difference of the concrete on the two sides of the middle stiffening steel plate is controlled; and movement on the top of a combined steel formwork is achieved through the lower walking device, concrete self-compaction is promoted through the flow guide main pipe by means of concrete self-pressure, so that the construction quality is guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is improved.
