The invention discloses a low-cost high-performance nano heat insulation plate and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of heat insulation plates. The heat insulation plate comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of a heat insulation filler, 5-20 parts of an infrared radiation opacifying agent and 1-10 parts of reinforced fibers, the raw materials are heated and stirred for 10-30 minutes until the raw materials are uniform, the raw materials are uniformly mixed and are equally divided into at least two parts according to the thickness of the plate, each part of raw material is pressed by a press mold to form a base material layer, and fiber cloth coated with an inorganic adhesive is laid between the two base material layers. According to the invention, various raw materials and different proportions are selected, the process, the structure and the equipment for preparing the nano heat insulation plate are improved at the same time, the defects of a traditional heat insulation material and an existing nano heat insulation plate are improved, and the cost can be reduced to 2-4 times of that of the traditional material; the compression strength can reach 0.4-1 Mpa (10% compression), and the heat insulation plate is not easy to crack; and the surface hydrophobicity can be realized in the building field.
本发明公开了一种低成本高性能纳米隔热板及其制备方法,涉及隔热板技术领域。本发明包括:50~80份重量比的隔热填料、5~20份重量比的红外辐射遮光剂、1~10份重量比的增强纤维,加热搅拌10~30min至原材料均匀,上述原料混合均匀后,按照板的厚度,均分为至少两份,每一份原料经压机模具压合形成一层基材层,并在两基板层之间平铺涂有无机胶黏剂的纤维布。本发明通过选用的各种原材料以及不同配比,同时改进制备纳米隔热板的工艺及结构、设备,针对传统保温材料和现有的纳米隔热板的不足进行改进,对于成本可降至传统材料2~4倍;耐压强度可达0.4~1Mpa(10%压缩),不易开裂;在建筑领域可做到表面疏水。
