Method and system for static microwave sintering of ceramsite
The invention relates to a method for static microwave sintering of ceramsite. The method comprises the following steps: feeding wet ceramsite pellets into a dryer, and drying; feeding the dried ceramsite into a static microwave oven, and sintering; feeding the sintered ceramsite into a grate cooler, and cooling; and conveying the cooled ceramsite into a storage yard for storage, wherein the grate type cooler takes a blower device as a cold source, high-temperature gas discharged by the grate type cooler and the static microwave oven as a heat source of the dryer, part discharged by the dryer is fed into the bag type dust collector, the gas is purified and then discharged into the atmosphere, and the collected dust is recycled after being balled. The ceramsite is sintered in a static state, so that the breakage rate caused by high-temperature rolling of ceramsite pellets is greatly reduced; and heating is conducted from inside to outside, internal holes are multiple and light in weight, external holes are small and compact, it is guaranteed that the ceramsite is light in weight, high in strength and small in water absorption, and the thermodynamic process quite conforms to the characteristics of ceramsite sintering.
