High-temperature-resistant retard-bonded prestressed tendon and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant retard-bonded prestressed tendon and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature-resistant retard-bonded prestressed tendon comprises a prestressed reinforcing steel bar, a high-temperature-resistant retard-bonded agent and a sheath; the high-temperature-resistant retard-bonded agent comprises the following raw materials: epoxy resin, curing agent microspheres, a diluent and a filler; the curing agent microsphere is of a core-shell structure which takes a copolymer of sodium acrylate and (methyl) acrylate as a wall material and takes a curing agent as a core material; and the epoxy resin is a compound of bisphenol epoxy resin and epoxy bisphenol fluorene. The retard-bonded agent in the retarded-adhesive prestressed tendon provided by the invention is resistant to high temperature and high humidity, and can keep good thixotropy even under the conditions of high temperature of 50 DEG C and high humidity of 75 RH%, so that the application field of the curing agent microsphere applied to the retard-bonded agent is widened.
本发明提供了一种耐高温缓粘结预应力筋及其制备方法。所述耐高温缓粘结预应力筋包括预应力钢筋,耐高温缓粘结剂,护套;所述耐高温缓粘结剂包括如下原料:环氧树脂、固化剂微球、稀释剂、填料;所述固化剂微球是以丙烯酸钠和(甲基)丙烯酸酯的共聚物为壁材,固化剂为芯材的核‑壳结构;所述环氧树脂为双酚型环氧树脂和环氧基双酚芴的复配。本发明提供的缓粘结预应力筋中缓粘结剂耐高温高湿,即使在50℃,75RH%的高温高湿条件下也能保持很好的触变性,扩宽了此类固化剂微球应用于缓粘结剂的应用领域。
