The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt aging treatment, and discloses a layered stripping device for aged asphalt on surface of a recycled asphalt pavement material. The device comprises a box body, a filter frame is slidably connected to the inner wall of the box body, a filter screen is fixedly connected to the inner side of the filter frame, a stirring device is arranged at the upper end of the filter frame, ,the stirring device comprises a driving motor, the lower end of the driving motor is fixedly connected with a box cover, the box cover and the filtering frame are fixedly connected through a connecting rod, the box cover and the box body are arranged in a matched mode, a sealing device is arranged between the box cover and the box body, the front side and the rear side of the box cover are fixedly connected with connecting plates and a hydraulic cylinder is fixed to the lower end of the connecting plate. According to the aged asphalt treatment equipment, the problems that existing aged asphalt treatment equipment is not excellent enough in sealing effect and easily threatens health of workers can be effectively solved, and meanwhile, the problem that the interior of the existing treatment equipment is inconvenient to observe is solved.
