The invention discloses a construction method of a hollow thin-wall pier diaphragm plate, which comprises the following steps of: designing a cast-in-place bracket in advance according to a construction load borne by a prefabricated bottom die; binding and connecting the side wall main reinforcements with the bracket main reinforcements; pouring concrete to form an integral structure of the side wall of the pier column and the cast-in-place bracket; the prefabricated bottom die is hoisted to the cast-in-place bracket, the prefabricated bottom die is located below the position of the transverse partition plate, and the cast-in-place bracket supports the prefabricated bottom die; and taking the prefabricated bottom die as a bottom template, and pouring concrete at the position of the diaphragm plate to form the diaphragm plate. The construction method has the beneficial effects that a profile steel scaffold platform does not need to be erected on the diaphragm plate section concrete, the bracket and the prefabricated bottom die are adopted as a working platform, the diaphragm plate concrete and the pier body form a whole after being poured, and the diaphragm plate concrete does not need to be taken out.
