The invention discloses a water and soil conservation biobrick and a water and soil conservation device composed thereof. The water and soil conservation biobrick structurally comprises a mounting disc, a bolt, a through hole, a soil breaking cone and a grating; the mounting disc is connected in the through hole through the bolt; the soil breaking cone is connected below the through hole; the grating is arranged on the soil breaking cone; the grating comprises a cross rod, a rubber sleeve, a row clamp, a connecting pipe and a frame; the cross rod is connected in the frame through the rubber sleeve and is connected with the soil breaking cone; the rubber sleeve is indirectly matched with the row clamp through the connecting pipe; a gathering device and a leveling part are arranged on the row clamp; and the gathering device and the leveling part are matched on a column layer. When the grating is slowly expanded to be embedded into soil, the gathering device pushes a row plate to shake in the column layer, and by means of the leveling part, a base slightly extends and is flatly laid in the rubber sleeve, so that the situation that the loose soil is stably compacted within a limited range is guaranteed, and the use level of equipment is maintained.
