The invention provides a conservation device of water and soil. The conservation device comprises at least one first straight rod, at least one second straight rod, at least one first front cross rod and at least one first back cross rod; the second straight rod and the first straight rod are arranged side by side mutually, both ends of the first front cross rod are respectively bridged and connected to the first straight rod and the second straight rod; both ends of the first back cross rod are respectively bridged and connected to the first straight rod and the second straight rod; one end of each of the first straight rod and the second straight rod is partially embedded in a slope, and the first back cross rod is completely embedded in the slope, and soil fills in a holding space encircled by the first straight rod, the second straight rod, the first front cross rod and the first back cross rod. By means of the blockage of the first front cross rod, soil loss in the holding space can be avoided; for the conservation device of water and soil is embedded in the slope, the slope can be grasped tightly, and thereby avoiding the slippage of the conservation device of water and soil relative to the slope.
