Vacuum preloading drainage system and drainage method
The invention relates to a vacuum preloading drainage system and a drainage method. The vacuum preloading drainage system comprises a drainage plate, a water pumping main pipe, single-hand plate connectors and a vacuum pump, wherein the drainage plate is formed by splicing a plurality of plate cores with different lengths, the head part and the tail part of each plate core are opened, the plate core located in the middle is the longest, if the opening of the head part of the plate core is the head end, the closer the plate core is to the outer side, the farther the distance between the opening of the head part and the head end is; filter cloth wraps the plate core part exposed on the outermost side, and the rest plate core parts are laterally sealed, so that a strip-shaped drainage channel is formed in the whole drainage plate, and the head and the tail are opened; and all the plate cores are separated at the tail parts, are respectively connected with single-hand plate joints and are connected to the water pumping main pipe through pipelines. According to the vacuum preloading drainage system, secondary reinforcement can be avoided, the construction period is shortened, and synchronous and effective reinforcement of soil bodies of all depths is achieved.
本发明涉及一种真空预压排水系统及排水方法,排水板包括排水板,抽水主管,单手板接头和真空泵。所述的排水板由多个长度不同的板芯拼合而成,每个板芯的首部和尾部均开口,位于中部的板芯最长,设其首部开口处为首端,越靠外侧的板芯,首部开口处距离首端越远;露在最外侧的板芯部分均包裹滤布,其余板芯部分侧向密封,使得整个排水板内形成长条形排水通道,首尾开口;各个板芯在尾部分开,分别连接有单手板接头,并通过管路连接到抽水主管。本发明可避免“二次加固”,缩短施工工期,实现各深度土体同步有效加固。
