Expanded-head anti-floating anchor rod prestress applying method based on PSB finish rolling deformed steel bars
The invention belongs to the technical field of PSB finish rolling deformed steel bar prestressed anti-floating anchor rods, and discloses an expanded-head anti-floating anchor rod prestress applying method based on PSB finish rolling deformed steel bars, which aims to solve the problem that the prestress required by expanded-head anti-floating anchor rods of the PSB finish rolling deformed steel bars cannot be met by adopting a center hole jack. The expanded-head anti-floating anchor rod prestress applying method comprises the following steps of (1) pouring a cushion layer; (2) sleeving prestress matched anchor plates and prestress matched anchor heads on the PSB finish rolling deformed steel bars; (3) applying prestress: (3.1) sleeving steel beams on the peripheries of the matched anchor heads; then connecting the matched anchor heads to the PSB finish rolling deformed steel bars; (3.2) placing a plurality of base plates on the cushion layer, respectively placing jacks on the base plates, enabling the upper ends of the jacks to make contact with the steel beams, and jacking the jacks to apply prestress to the PSB finish rolling deformed steel bars; and (3.3) locking the prestress matched anchor heads to complete the application of prestress.
