Prestress nondestructive testing method based on inherent frequency of finish rolling deformed steel bar anti-floating anchor rod
The invention belongs to the technical field of prestress detection of anti-floating anchor rods, discloses a nondestructive prestress detection method based on inherent frequency of a finish rolling deformed steel bar anti-floating anchor rod, and aims to solve the problem that the anti-floating anchor rod lacks a prestress detection method which is simple to operate and reliable in performance. The method comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining a first-order inherent frequency of an exposed section steel bar of the finish-rolled deformed steel bar anti-floating anchor rod under the action of prestress in advance, so as to establish a relation curve between a prestress value of the exposed section steel bar of the finish-rolled deformed steel bar anti-floating anchor rod and the first-order inherent frequency; (2) obtaining the first-order inherent frequency of the steel bar of the exposed section of the finish-rolled deformed steel bar anti-floating anchor rod with prestress applied on site through a detection system; and (3) according to the relation curve of the prestress value and the first-order fixed frequency established in the step (1) and the first-order fixed frequency obtained in the step (2), obtaining the prestress value of the exposed section reinforcing steel bar of the finish-rolled deformed steel bar anti-floating anchor rod.
本发明属于抗浮锚杆预应力检测技术领域,公开了一种基于精轧螺纹钢抗浮锚杆固有频率的预应力无损检测方法,为了解决抗浮锚杆缺乏一种操作简单、性能可靠的预应力检测方法问题。本发明包括:(1)预先获取精轧螺纹钢抗浮锚杆的外露段钢筋在预应力作用下的一阶固有频率,从而建立精轧螺纹钢抗浮锚杆的外露段钢筋的预应力值与一阶固有频率的关系曲线;(2)通过检测系统获取现场已经施加预应力的精轧螺纹钢抗浮锚杆外露段钢筋的一阶固有频率;(3)根据步骤(1)建立的预应力值与一阶固定频率的关系曲线和步骤(2)获取到的一阶固定频率从而得到该精轧螺纹钢抗浮锚杆外露段钢筋的预应力值。
