The device is convenient to operate, it can be guaranteed that the elevation of a concrete rising face is accurately measured, the pile top elevation is controlled, the complement amount is accurately calculated, meanwhile, the pile head quality can be guaranteed, the concrete consumption can be saved, and the cost can be reduced.
