The submerged scraper conveyor comprises a rack, a conveying chain wheel set, a transmission chain and a discharging port, the conveying chain wheel set, the transmission chain and the discharging port are arranged in the rack, and the transmission chain is meshed with the conveying chain wheel set; a first cleaning mechanism is arranged on the transmission chain; the first cleaning mechanism comprises a driving assembly, a first rolling brush and a second rolling brush, wherein the first rolling brush and the second rolling brush are connected with the driving assembly. The first rolling brush and the second rolling brush can be close to or far away from the transmission chain in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction; during use, the first rolling brush and the second rolling brush abut against the two sides of a transmission chain respectively. And the first rolling brush and the second rolling brush are rotationally arranged under the action of a driving assembly. According to the scraper slag salvaging machine, effective treatment of sediments on the chain is achieved.
