Grouting device for geotechnical engineering
The invention discloses a grouting device for geotechnical engineering, and relates to the technical field of geotechnical engineering grouting. The grouting device comprises a base, a stirring box, a stirring device, a speed control assembly, a feeding device and a grouting device, wherein the stirring box is arranged on one side of the base and connected with the base through a fixing rod, the fixing rod is connected with a square plate, a discharging opening is formed in one side of the stirring box and used for discharging slurry, the stirring device is arranged in the stirring box and is used for stirring the slurry, the speed control assembly is arranged on one side of the stirring box and used for controlling the flow speed of the slurry, the feeding device is arranged at the end, away from a transverse plate, of the stirring box and used for conveying raw materials, and the grouting device is arranged in the base and used for grouting. The intersection speed of a discharging hole and a through hole is controlled by controlling the distance between a mounting block and the circle center of a rotating disc, so that the slurry discharging speed from the discharging opening is controlled, waste caused by overflowing of excessive slurry during grouting is avoided, meanwhile, the slurry entering a well each time can be stamped and compacted through a stamping column, and no fault is formed.
