A plurality of grouting holes b are formed in the outer surface of an inner pipe, a connecting piece is arranged at the upper end of the inner pipe, the lower end of the inner pipe is closed and connected with a threaded connecting block, a limiting baffle is arranged at the upper end of the outer portion of the inner pipe in a sleeving mode, and two blocking connecting rings are arranged in the middle and the lower end of the outer surface of the inner pipe in a sleeving mode correspondingly. A groove is formed in the outer part of the plugging connecting ring; the outer pipe is located below the limiting baffle and slidably arranged outside the inner pipe in a sleeving mode, a plurality of grouting holes b are formed in the surface of the outer pipe, supporting blocks and limiting rings are arranged on the two end faces of the grouting holes b correspondingly, guide blocks are arranged on the inner sides of the supporting blocks, clamping grooves are formed in the inner sides of the guide blocks, one end of the connecting rod is located in the clamping grooves, and springs are arranged between the end of the connecting rod and the bottom faces of the clamping grooves. A plugging block is concentrically and fixedly connected to the other end of the limiting ring and is in contact with the limiting ring; the conical limiting block is detachably connected with the threaded connecting block through a screw groove in the upper surface of the conical limiting block. The device has the advantages of being reasonable in structure and convenient to disassemble and clean.
