The invention discloses a grouting device for hydraulic engineering construction. The grouting device comprises a device pipeline, a clamping block is installed on the outer surface of the device pipeline, clamping arms are clamped to the two sides of the interior of the clamping block, and fixing rings are installed at the ends, opposite to each other, of the two sets of clamping arms; long screws are installed in the two sets of fixing rings; and a plurality of sets of supporting rods are uniformly arranged on the outer surfaces of the fixing rings, every three supporting rods form one set, a grip is installed at the end of each set of supporting rods, and a hanging rod is mounted on the surface of the fixing ring arranged at the bottom. Under different use requirements, the grouting heads with different sizes can be changed, so that the grouting heads can meet different use requirements such as crack repairing work, the proper grouting heads can directly stretch into cracks to perform grouting, and the construction efficiency and quality are guaranteed; meanwhile, the grips are manually held, so that the direction of a device pipeline can be stably controlled; and meanwhile, the stability is ensured, and cement can accurately fall into a designated area.
