Quick dismantling method for deep foundation pit ring support structure
The invention provides a quick dismantling method for a deep foundation pit ring support structure. The quick dismantling method comprises the steps that firstly, construction of a main body structure plate below a lower-layer ring support structure is completed; secondly, a reinforced concrete beam of the lower-layer ring support structure is dismantled, the ring support structure is divided into a rope saw cutting area on the outer side and a pickaxe machine dismantling area on the inner side, and the two areas are simultaneously dismantled; thirdly, a main body structure above the lower-layer ring support structure and a concrete support replacing plate strip are constructed, and the concrete strength reaches the design strength; fourthly, a reinforced concrete beam of the upper-layer ring support structure is dismantled, and the dismantling sequence is the same as that of the second step; fifthly, steel stand columns are dismantled; sixthly, a main body structure above the upper-layer ring supporting structure is constructed; and seventhly, a trestle is mechanically dismantled through a pickaxe machine. Compared with a traditional single dismantling mode, the cost is saved, the work efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
本发明提供一种深基坑环撑结构快速拆除方法,包括:第一步,完成下层环撑结构下方的主体结构板施工;第二步,进行下层环撑结构的钢筋混凝土梁的拆除,将环撑结构分为外侧的绳锯切割区域和内侧的镐头机拆除区域,两个区域同时进行;第三步,进行下层环撑结构的上方的主体结构、砼换撑板带的施工,并等待混凝土强度达到设计强度;第四步,进行上层环撑结构的钢筋混凝土梁的拆除,拆除顺序同第二步;第五步,进行钢立柱的拆除;第六步,进行上层环撑结构的上方的主体结构的施工;第七步,利用镐头机机械拆除栈桥。本发明与传统单一拆除方式相比较节约成本、提高工效,缩短施工周期,降低的施工难度。
