The invention provides a construction method for dismantling an ultrahigh inner support of a deep foundation pit, which comprises the following steps of: fixing a hoisting device on a support structure by using a steel wire rope; fixing the middle part and two end parts of the inner support by using a steel wire rope and a hoisting device; paying off and positioning on the inner support, and determining a cutting line; a cutting machine is adopted to cut the middle part of the inner support according to a cutting line, and the cut middle part of the inner support is downwards hoisted to a safe height and then transferred to the ground; and cutting any part of the two ends of the inner support by adopting a cutting machine, hoisting the hoisting block cut from any part of the two ends to a safe height every time, transferring the hoisting block to the ground, and repeating the operation until the two end parts of the inner support are completely disassembled. The problems that due to the fact that the height difference between an inner support and a structural floor is large, the sectional size is large, a forklift can not make contact with the inner support easily during operation, and dismounting is difficult are solved. And the time for erecting and dismantling the support frame can be saved, and the cost is saved.
本发明提供一种深基坑超高内支撑拆除的施工方法,包括以下步骤,使用钢丝绳固定吊装装置于支撑结构上;使用钢丝绳和吊装装置固定内支撑的中间部分以及两端部分;在内支撑上放线定位,确定切割线;采用切割机按照切割线切割内支撑中间部分,并将切割下来的内支撑中间部分下吊至安全高度后转运至地面;采用切割机任选内支撑两端任一部分进行切割,每次从两端任一部分切割下来的吊块下吊至安全高度后转运至地面,重复以上操作,直到将内支撑两端部分全部拆除。本发明解决因内支撑距离结构楼板高差较大、截面尺寸大,叉车作业难以接触到内支撑,而难易拆除的问题。可免除搭设及拆除支撑架的时间,节约成本。
