The invention discloses a building pile foundation with a high bearing platform. The building pile foundation with the high bearing platform comprises a supporting plate and upper connecting columns; a connecting plate is arranged at the upper end of the supporting plate; lower connecting columns are installed at the lower ends of the upper connecting columns; the upper connecting columns are slidably connected with the lower connecting columns; first locking bolts are arranged on the upper parts of two side walls of each lower connecting column; and the first locking bolts are rotationally connected with the lower connecting columns. By adjusting the height between the upper connecting columns and the lower connecting columns, after the height is determined, the first locking bolts are locked, operation of foundations with different depths is achieved, limitation is prevented, and use is not affected; and a fixed block is pressed downwards, a boat anchor moves downwards, a bottom plate is fixed, the stability of a device is improved, potential safety hazards are avoided, and the building risk is reduced.
