The invention discloses a connecting piece and method for a heat preservation plate and a shear wall. The connecting piece is in an L shape and comprises a first plate and a second plate which are perpendicular to each other, the first plate is connected with a steel wire net frame of the heat preservation plate, and the second plate is connected with the shear wall. The method comprises the steps that S1, the first plate of the connecting piece is welded to the steel wire net frame of the heat preservation plate; S2, steel bars of the shear wall are bound; S3, the heat preservation plate is installed, and the reserved second plate of the connecting piece is inserted into a steel bar framework of the shear wall; S4, the second plate of the connecting piece is bound or welded to the steel bars of the shear wall; and S5, the elevation of the heat preservation plate is retested, and after the elevation is qualified, formworks on the two sides are erected, and concrete is poured. According to the connecting piece and method for the heat preservation plate and the shear wall, installation is stable, and operation is convenient and fast.
