The invention provides a sleeve set with positioning devices and a prefabricated construction method. The sleeve set comprises a plurality of full-grouting sleeves provided with the steel bar positioning devices, wherein each full-grouting sleeve comprises a sleeve body, the corresponding positioning device, a sealing plug and a slurry inlet and outlet hole. The positioning devices are transversely installed in the sleeve bodies, the whole positioning devices are of a conical structure, the diameters of the positioning devices are gradually decreased in the axis direction, and when steel bars penetrate into the sleeve bodies, the guiding and positioning effects are achieved. In addition, the sleeve bodies adopt steel pipes to replace casting components, through the positioning devices and the sealing plugs, the steel bars can be accurately positioned in the axial direction and the radial direction in the sleeve bodies under the condition that the walls of the sleeve bodies are not damaged in the building component prefabricating and machining process, the sealing operation is greatly easy and convenient after sleeve grouting through the sealing plugs, and the sealing effect is good. The multiple sleeve bodies are fixed, and the multiple prefabricated component steel bars are inserted to form a framework structure of prefabricated components. On the whole, the sleeve set is low in cost, and the steel bar positioning operation is easy and feasible.
