The invention relates to a prefabricated pier sleeve compounded by UHPC and SMA materials and a construction method of the prefabricated pier sleeve. The prefabricated pier sleeve comprises a UHPC sleeve, SMA wires, an ECC grouting material, a reserved hole, a grouting opening and a grout outlet. The prefabricated sleeve is located at the joint of a pier and a bearing platform, the inner diameter of the prefabricated sleeve is matched with the outer diameter of the pier, the prefabricated sleeve is formed by splicing two UHPC plates with semicircular sections, holes are evenly formed in the two sides of each UHPC plate in the height direction and used for allowing SMA wires to penetrate through, the two UHPC plates are connected through the SMA wires, and the two UHPC plates are connected through the holes. And the anti-collision capability and the impact resistance of the prefabricated sleeve are enhanced by utilizing the recovery stress generated by SMA along with the temperature rise. A grouting hole is formed in the lower end of the prefabricated sleeve, a grout outlet is formed in the upper end of the prefabricated sleeve, and ECC is poured into a gap between the prefabricated sleeve and the pier from the grouting hole; and the connection between the pier and the prefabricated sleeve is tighter and more reliable. The sleeve can effectively restrain the ECC grouting material, the bonding and anchoring effect at the joint face is enhanced, and the force transmission capacity of the sleeve is ensured.
