The invention provides post-cast strip pouring equipment and a construction method thereof. The post-cast strip pouring equipment comprises a movable hoisting trolley and a hoisting formwork assembly, the movable hoisting trolley comprises a trolley body, a slider, an electric capstan and a screw connector, the electric capstan is installed on the trolley body through the slider, and the screw connector is connected to the end part of a steel wire rope of the electric capstan; the hoisting group formwork comprises a plate bottom hoisting group formwork and a beam bottom hoisting group formwork; the uppermost end of a screw in the hoisting formwork assembly is connected through the screw connector, so that the hoisting formwork assembly is hoisted to the bottom of the post-cast strip through the hoisting trolley; and concrete pouring is carried out on the post-cast strip after hoisting of the formwork assembly is completed, and after the dismantling condition is met, the beam bottom hoisting formwork assembly is dismantled and reused. Formwork combination deepening is carried out on a post-cast strip construction area, the trouble of on-site assembly is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, equipment of the same structure can be repeatedly used, and secondary disassembly and assembly are avoided.
本发明提供了一种后浇带浇筑设备及其施工方法，包括移动式吊装小车和吊装模板组件，所述移动式吊装小车包括小车本体、滑动器、电动绞盘和螺杆连接器，电动绞盘通过滑动器安装在小车本体上，电动绞盘的钢丝绳端部连接有螺杆连接器；吊装组模板包括板底吊装组模板和梁底吊装组模板两种形式；通过螺杆连接器连接所述吊装模板组件中的螺杆最上端，从而利用吊装小车将吊装模板组件吊装至后浇带底部；对完成模板组件吊装后的后浇带进行混凝土浇筑，当达到拆除条件后，对所述梁底吊装模板组件进行拆除、重复利用。本发明对后浇带施工区域进行模板组合深化，减少现场拼装的麻烦、提高施工效率，对于结构相同处设备可重复使用，避免二次拆卸、拼装。
