Structure of prestressed FRP (Fiber Reinforce Plastic) cloth reinforced truss and construction method thereof
The invention provides a structure of a prestressed FRP (Fiber Reinforce Plastic) cloth reinforced truss. A first chord member and a second chord member which are oppositely arranged and a plurality of web members which are obliquely connected between the first chord member and the second chord member are arranged on the truss. The structure comprises a plurality of pieces of FRP cloth, fixed plates and an adjusting piece, wherein the plurality of pieces of FRP cloth correspond to the web members and are oppositely arranged on the two sides of the web members, one end of the FRP cloth is fixed to the side part of the first chord member, the other end of the FRP cloth is fixed to the side part of the second chord member, and a spacing is formed between the side part of the web members and the corresponding part of the FRP cloth; the fixed plates are fixed to the surface, away from the web members, of the FRP cloth; and the adjusting piece is connected between the two fixed plates, the length of the adjusting piece can be adjusted, the two fixing plates are close to each other by adjusting the length of the adjusting piece, and the FRP cloth is pushed in the direction close to the web members, so that the FRP cloth is tensioned, and prestress is applied to the FRP cloth. According to the structure, the technical problem that welding defects are easy to occur in a traditional welding reinforcing mode is solved, the tensile bearing capacity and the fatigue performance of truss connection are improved, and the construction safety of the truss is improved.
本发明提供了一种预应力FRP布加固桁架的结构,桁架形成有相对设置的第一弦杆和第二弦杆以及倾斜地连接于第一弦杆和第二弦杆之间的若干腹杆,包括:对应腹杆且相对设置于腹杆的两侧的若干FRP布,FRP布的一端固定于第一弦杆的侧部且另一端固定于第二弦杆的侧部,且腹杆的侧部与FRP布对应的部分之间具有间距;固定于FRP布远离腹杆的表面的固定板;连接于两个固定板之间且长度可调的调节件,通过调节调节件的长度,使得两块固定板相互靠近,以向靠近腹杆的方向推顶FRP布,从而张拉FRP布,从而张拉FRP布,以对FRP布施加预应力。本发明解决了传统的焊接加固方式容易出现焊接缺陷的技术问题,提高了桁架连接的抗拉承载力和疲劳性能,增加了桁架的施工安全性。
