FRP (Fiber Reinforce Plastic) combined truss-web girder bridge node and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses an FRP combined truss-web girder bridge node which comprises FRP perforated plate shear connectors, FRP ribs and FRP truss web members, one end of each FRP perforated plate shear connector is provided with a through rib hole, the other end of each FRP perforated plate shear connector extends to form two access ends, the two FRP perforated plate shear connectors are oppositely arranged, the FRP truss web members are clamped and mounted at the two access ends of each FRP perforated plate shear connector, the FRP ribs penetrate through the through rib holes of the FRP perforated plate shear connectors, and the FRP ribs penetrate through the FRP truss web members. The top of one end of the FRP truss web member is provided with a hole arc-shaped positioning steel plate, a bolt penetrates through a mounting hole of the hole arc-shaped positioning steel plate and penetrates through the FRP truss web member, one end of the bolt is provided with a nut, and the two FRP perforated plate shear connectors and a cavity of the FRP truss web member are filled with concrete. All components forming the joint can be prefabricated and assembled and used on site, construction is convenient, and meanwhile the construction period is greatly shortened. Compared with a traditional steel joint, the joint is good in corrosion resistance and durability. The joint is good in elastic performance and has good anti-fatigue performance.
