The folding sealing cover comprises a U-shaped mother rod, a plurality of U-shaped son rods and a group of fan-shaped plates, the fan-shaped plates are fixed on the parking block, the U-shaped mother rod is horizontally fixed on the parking block, the multiple U-shaped son rods are sequentially sleeved in the U-shaped mother rod, the U-shaped tail ends of the multiple U-shaped son rods are hinged on the fan-shaped plates through rotating shafts, and tent cloth covers between the U-shaped mother rod and the multiple U-shaped son rods. The floating baffle is provided with a linkage mechanism and an opening and closing folding sealing cover.
