Mixing pile drill bit
The invention relates to a drill bit, in particular to a mixing pile drill bit. The mixing pile drill bit comprises a connecting column, two layers of blades are connected with the upper end of the connecting column, a drill bit body is arranged at the lower end of the connecting column, a drill tip part with a triangular cross section is arranged at the lower end of the drill bit body, and a plurality of rake nails used for shifting large-particle solid objects outwards are connected to the lower ends of the blades located on the lower layer. The drill bit structure is provided with the drill tip part and a cutting part, so that hard soil can be effectively cut; and secondly, the lower ends of the blades are connected with the rake nails, the chopped hard soil and broken stones are pushed aside through the rake nails, and the drilling efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种钻头，具体涉及一种搅拌桩钻头。其包括连接柱，所述连接柱的上端连接有两层叶片，连接柱的下端设有钻头体，所述钻头体的下端设有横截面为三角形的钻尖部，位于下层的叶片的下端连接有多个用于将大颗粒固态物体向外拨动的耙钉。本发明通过将钻头结构设置带有钻尖部以及切割部可有效切割硬土；其次叶片的下端连接有耙钉，通过耙钉将切碎的硬土及碎石拨开，提高钻进效率。
