The cement mixing pile drill bit comprises a drill rod body, a plurality of forward rotation blades and a reverse rotation mechanism, a plurality of first titanium alloy sawteeth are arranged on the lower portions of the forward rotation blades, and the multiple forward rotation blades are fixed to the two sides of the drill rod body; the reversing mechanism comprises an upper side annular part, two upper layer reversing pieces, two middle layer reversing pieces, two lower layer reversing pieces and two connecting plates, the two upper layer reversing pieces are connected to the two sides of the upper side annular part, the middle layer reversing pieces are located under the upper layer reversing pieces, and the lower layer reversing pieces are located under the middle layer reversing pieces; a plurality of second titanium alloy sawteeth are arranged at the lower parts of the upper-layer inversion sheet, the middle-layer inversion sheet and the lower-layer inversion sheet; and the first titanium alloy sawteeth and the second titanium alloy sawteeth are U-shaped. And drilling machining is conducted through cooperation of the forward rotation blades and the reverse rotation mechanism, the soil cutting capacity in the drilling process is enhanced, cement and soil are evenly mixed, and the integrity of a pile body is improved.
