Preparation method of electromagnetic wave-transparent high-alumina cement-based material with double-layer structure
The invention provides a preparation method of an electromagnetic wave-transparent high-alumina cement-based material with a double-layer structure. The electromagnetic wave-transparent high-alumina cement-based material has a double-layer structural form, namely a matching layer and a wave-transparent layer. The matching layer is mainly prepared from the materials of high-alumina cement, expanded perlite micro powder, a water reducing agent and water; and the wave-transparent layer is prepared from the materials of high-alumina cement, quartz fiber, expanded perlite micro powder, sodium hexametaphosphate, micro silicon powder, a water reducing agent, an alcohol amine modifier and water. The preparation and synthesis method of the double-layer structure comprises the steps that the matching layer is formed firstly, the design thickness is 1/4-1/3 of the overall thickness, the wave-transparent layer is poured after slurry of the matching layer is initially set, and the wave-transparent layer is vibrated to be compact, compacted and flattened on the surface.
本发明提供了一种双层结构电磁透波型高铝水泥基材料的制备方法,该材料结构形式为双层,分别为匹配层和透波层。匹配层组成材料主要包括高铝水泥、膨胀珍珠岩微粉、减水剂与水;透波层的组成材料包括高铝水泥、石英纤维、膨胀珍珠岩微粉、六偏磷酸钠、微硅粉、减水剂、醇胺类改性剂与水。双层结构的制备合成方法是先成型匹配层,设计厚度为整体厚度的1/4‑1/3,待匹配层浆体初凝后再浇筑透波层,振捣密实并压实抹平表面。
