The invention discloses ecological impact-resistant ultra-high performance concrete and application thereof, and each cubic meter of the ecological impact-resistant ultra-high performance concrete comprises the following components by weight: 700 to 800 kg of cement, 140 to 150 kg of silica fume, 200 kg of stone powder, 850 to 950 kg of fine aggregate, 30 to 40 kg of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 78 to 195 kg of steel fiber and 200 to 220 kg of water. The fine aggregate is composed of pottery sand and river sand with the volume ratio of 1: 3.5-5, and the grain size of the pottery sand is larger than or equal to 0.6 mm. The porous structure of the pottery sand can generate micro-deformation when being subjected to impact force and has a certain absorption effect on impact energy, part of river sand in the fine aggregate is replaced by ecological porous pottery sand, and the ultra-high performance concrete with a buffering effect on the impact force is prepared; the ultra-high performance concrete has relatively high impact resistance and toughness.
本发明公开了一种生态型抗冲击超高性能混凝土及其应用,按重量计,每立方米生态型抗冲击超高性能混凝土包括如下组分:水泥700~800kg,硅灰140~150kg,石粉200kg,细集料850~950kg,聚羧酸高效减水剂30~40kg,钢纤维78~195kg,水200~220kg;细集料由体积比为1:3.5~5的陶砂和河砂组成,陶砂的粒径≥0.6mm。本发明利用陶砂的多孔结构在受到冲击力时会产生微变形、对冲击能量具有一定的吸收作用,将细集料中的一部分河砂替换成生态型多孔陶砂,制备成对冲击力具有缓冲作用的超高性能混凝土,该超高性能混凝土具有较高的抗冲击性能以及韧性。
