Ecological ultra-high performance concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and in particular, relates to ecological ultra-high performance concrete and a preparation method thereof. The ultra-high performance concrete provided by the invention comprises a cementing material, sand, water and a water reducing agent, wherein the cementing material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 400-450 parts of Portland cement, 120-180 parts of a dehydrated phase, 120-180 parts of molybdenum tailings, 180-200 parts of stone powder and 180-200 parts of silica fume, wherein the dehydration phase is obtained by hydrating cement. According to the ultra-high performance concrete provided by the invention, the molybdenum tailings are used as a cementing material, so that the tailings are utilized in a high-valued manner, and the energy consumption of the ultra-high performance concrete is greatly reduced.
