The invention discloses fiber concrete prepared from a multi-solid-waste coupling admixture. The fiber concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of high-silicon iron tailings, 5-10 parts of desulfurized fly ash, 5-10 parts of slag, 70-80 parts of cement, 120-140 parts of machine-made sand, 280-320 parts of machine-made stone, 2 parts of a chemical activator, 1 part of a water reducing agent, 1 part of triisopropanolamine, 5-10 parts of polypropylene fibers and 40-50 parts of water. The desulfurized fly ash can prolong the cement setting time. A solid waste coupling admixture is subjected to chemical excitation and high-temperature calcination, the durability and compressive strength of the concrete are improved, the strength of a concrete interface transition area is improved by using the machine-made sand and stone as aggregates, the problems of insufficient supply of natural sand and stone and the like can be relieved, and triisopropanolamine is used as a grinding aid and can remarkably improve the mechanical grinding fineness. Cement can be replaced according to the replacement rate of 22%-33%, resource utilization of large industrial solid waste is achieved, and accumulation of tailings is reduced.
