The invention discloses a closestool flushing system with a cleaning agent adding device, which comprises the cleaning agent adding device, a brush ring path for flushing the inner wall of a urinal, a main flushing water path communicated with the bottom of the urinal and a pressure source, and the pressure source is provided with a first water outlet channel communicated with the brush ring water path and a second water outlet channel communicated with the main flushing water path. The cleaning agent adding device is provided with a first cavity, a second cavity, a movable core and a liquid storage bottle, the first cavity and the second cavity are communicated with the brushing ring water path and the main flushing water path, the movable core can move in the first cavity and the second cavity, the liquid storage bottle is arranged above the first cavity, and a liquid outlet is formed in the bottom of the liquid storage bottle. A flow passing channel is formed in the position, corresponding to the liquid outlet, of the first cavity, the movable core penetrates through the flow passing channel to be matched with the liquid outlet, a connector is connected to the lower portion of the second cavity, and the connector is communicated with the main flushing water path. The closestool flushing system is simple in structure and better in universality, the amount of added cleaning agent is stable each time, and unnecessary waste is avoided.
