The drainage pipeline cleaning and repairing device comprises a main rod, wherein a first flow channel for cleaning liquid to flow in is formed in the main rod, a cleaning device which is used for cleaning the inner wall of a drainage pipeline and a scraping device which is used for scraping the inner wall of the drainage pipeline are connected to the main rod, the cleaning device comprises a plurality of spray heads which are connected to the main rod and communicate with the first flow channel, and the scraping device is located below the spray heads. The cleaning liquid is introduced into the first flow channel, the cleaning liquid is sprayed out from the plurality of spray heads to clean the inner wall of the drainage pipeline, dirt attached to the inner wall of the drainage pipeline can be washed away, then an operator moves the main rod, after the inner wall of the drainage pipeline is cleaned by the cleaning device, the inner wall of the drainage pipeline is scraped by the scraping device, and dirt with certain viscosity on the inner wall of the drainage pipeline can be scraped off, so that the cleaning effect on the drainage pipeline is improved.
