Straight thread connecting device and method for reinforcing steel bars of fabricated structure
The invention provides a straight thread connecting device for reinforcing steel bars of a fabricated structure. The straight thread connecting device comprises a thread sleeve and a connecting sleeve; the connecting sleeve is provided with a first inner hole and a second inner hole; an inner thread of the thread sleeve is used for being screwed with an outer thread of a first reinforcing steel bar thread head to form a first thread pair; an inner thread of the first inner hole of the connecting sleeve is used for being screwed with an outer thread of a second reinforcing steel bar thread head to form a second thread pair; an inner thread of the second inner hole of the connecting sleeve is used for being screwed with an outer thread of the thread sleeve to form a third thread pair; the thread pitch of the first thread pair is not equal to that of the second thread pair; the thread pitch of the first thread pair is not equal to that of the third thread pair; and the thread pitch of the second thread pair is equal to that of the third thread pair. The invention further discloses a straight thread connecting method for the reinforcing steel bars of the fabricated structure. According to the straight thread connecting device and method for the reinforcing steel bars of the fabricated structure, under the conditions that the two reinforcing steel bars cannot move in the radial direction and the axial direction and cannot rotate, and deviation and dislocation exist in spiral lines of the threads of the two reinforcing steel bar thread heads, the two reinforcing steel bars can be reliably connected.
