The invention relates to a fabricated prefabricated part steel bar straight thread connecting device which comprises a first thread sleeve, a second thread sleeve and a connecting sleeve. Internal threads of the first thread sleeve and the second thread sleeve are used for being screwed with external threads of a first reinforcing steel bar wire head and a second reinforcing steel bar wire head toform a first thread pair and a second thread pair, the second thread sleeve and the first thread sleeve are connected with the connecting sleeve from the two sides of the connecting sleeve, and the external threads of the second thread sleeve and the first thread sleeve are screwed with internal threads of the connecting sleeve to form a third thread pair and a fourth thread pair. The thread pitches of the first thread pair to the fourth thread pair are equal, and the superposition sum of axial fit clearances of the first thread pair to the fourth thread pair is not smaller than the size of one thread pitch. The invention further discloses a fabricated prefabricated part steel bar straight thread connecting method. According to the fabricated prefabricated part steel bar straight thread connecting device and the fabricated prefabricated part steel bar straight thread connecting method, reliable connection between two steel bars can be realized under the conditions that the two steel bars are not moved in the radial direction and the axial direction and are not rotated and spiral lines of wire head threads of the two steel bars are deviated and staggered.
