The invention discloses a concrete floor pouring mold and a construction method thereof. The concrete floor pouring mold comprises a mold outer frame and partition plates, and the mold outer frame is matched with the outer contour of a single paving unit; and the partition plates are arranged in the mold outer frame and matched with all the parts of the single paving unit in a separated mode. The construction method comprises the following steps that the concrete floor pouring mold is customized according to a design scheme of a floor; a cushion leveling layer is arranged in an area to be poured, and a control elevation line is arranged; the concrete floor pouring mold is placed and then concrete in the mold is poured, and trowelling and finishing treatment is carried out; and the concrete floor pouring mold is dismantled. The concrete floor pouring mold is simple in structure, traditional paving construction of marble, granite and the like can be replaced by adopting the mold to be matched with a concrete pouring process, pattern design is directly conducted on the cast-in-place concrete floor, and the mold not only can meet the requirement for indoor/outdoor floor decoration effect, but also can avoid the quality problems of stone breakage and the like in the traditional process, and is good in application prospect.
