The invention provides a deviation rectifying method for a skewed ultra-high voltage power transmission tower in a coal mine subsidence area. Wheel-passing adjacent anchor ground anchors are respectively embedded in power transmission towers on the upstream side and the downstream side; a temporary stay wire ground anchor is embedded in the skewed power transmission tower; power is cut off first, and then spacers on conducting wires between the adjacent power transmission towers on the two sides of the skewed power transmission tower are removed; grounding wire paying-off pulleys are respectively hung on the transmission towers on the upstream side and the downstream side, the conducting wires are moved into the pulleys from wire clamps, and wheel-passing temporary anchors and rubber hanging anchor ropes are arranged; a double-steel-wire-rope stay wire is arranged on the outer corner side of the skewed power transmission tower; steel wire rope sleeves are respectively connected to the front parts of the wire clamps on the upstream side and the downstream side of the skewed power transmission tower, and the internal tension of a single conducting wire is reduced to a set value; a winch is used for tightening the conducting wires through cables and wire clamping devices, the wire clamps are picked off, then the steel wire rope sleeves with the corresponding length are connected in series, and the winch is slowly loosened, so that the conducting wires are loosened to a specified length; and a tower foot IV, a tower foot I and a tower foot III are sequentially lifted. According to the method, the deviation rectification of the power transmission tower with large weight and uneven settlement can be realized.
