The invention provides a horizontal bar planting structure of a high-strength cement grouting material, and relates to the technical field of buildings. The horizontal bar planting structure is used for planting bars in bar planting blind holes horizontally formed in a concrete beam, and comprises a grouting baffle for sealing the bar planting blind holes and a fixing mechanism, wherein the grouting baffle is vertically arranged; a threaded hole is horizontally formed in the center of the grouting baffle; the fixing mechanism comprises a screw rod in threaded connection with the threaded hole, a plurality of fixing pieces and nuts; the screw rod is sleeved with the fixing pieces and the nuts in a threaded mode; the diameter of the screw rod is smaller than that of the bar planting blind holes; the fixing pieces and the nuts are located on the two sides of the grouting baffle; a connecting block is fixedly installed on the upper portion of the side wall, close to the nuts, of the grouting baffle; a grouting hole and an exhaust hole are formed between the top of the connecting block and the grouting baffle; the end, located on the grouting baffle, of the grouting hole is detachably connected with a grouting pipe which is horizontally arranged; and the length of the grouting pipe is smaller than that of the screw rod. The horizontal bar planting structure has the advantages of being simple and reliable in structure, low in cost, convenient to manufacture and install, capable of being repeatedly used, high in practicability and the like.
