Floor preparation process taking composite material as core plate and floor thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of floor processing, and relates to a floor preparation process taking a composite material as a core plate. The process comprises the following steps of crushing and mixing polylactic acid particles, waste paper pulp particles, wood fibers and auxiliaries; putting into a co-rotating twin-screw extruder, and extruding a mixture; placing a bottom plate on the lower portion in a shaping mold, injecting the mixture into the shaping mold, arranging a decoration panel above the mixture, cooling the mixture to the room temperature, and forming a plate blank after shaping; carrying out hot pressing to obtain the plate blank, carrying out cold pressing, curing and double-sided sanding, and processing matched grooves and tenons; and coating transparent or semitransparent coatings on the surface and the back of a floor, and cooling to obtain the floor. Waste resources such as waste paper and wood product excess materials are fully utilized and thermally formed into a composite material, and the composite material serves as the core plate of the floor. The process steps are simple, and the manufactured composite floor meets the national standard requirement. According to the process, a feasible industrialization path is provided for reasonable utilization of waste wood fiber resources.
本发明属于地板加工技术领域,涉及一种以复合材料为芯板的地板制备工艺,包括:将聚乳酸颗粒、废纸纸浆颗粒、木纤维和助剂粉碎混合;投入同向旋转双螺杆挤出机,挤出混合物;在定型模具内的下方置入底板,将混合物注入定型模具内,在混合物上方设置装饰面板,冷却至室温,待定型形成板坯;热压得板坯后冷压、养生、双面砂光,加工出配适的槽与榫;在地板表面、背面涂布透明或者半透明的涂层,冷却后即得。本发明充分利用废纸、木制品余料等废弃资源,热成型为复合材料,并作为地板的芯板。工艺步骤简单,所制得的复合地板符合国标要求。本发明为废弃木质纤维资源的合理利用,提供了一条较为可行的产业化路径。
